Was up from 1:30am thursday to just after midnight thursday night... dead beat tired, I haven't even gotten to my photos yet today. A lot of storms around Southwest KS today, but nothing chaseable really... lotso garbage. Yesterday, I photographed a number of rainfoots and interesting outflow structure. A nasty looking wall cloud formed at the convergence of two cells north of Colby, but of course it didn't last long...although it was quite photogenic for a time. Lots of gustnadoes, too. I'll post an account with pics later tonight probably. -Mike

Sleep fast, buddy! Hope you did well as it looked like there was plenty to do up there today... assuming you turned around and didn't drown... much of the same tomorrow with a better chance along the front range. Models show a Denver Cyclone in play, so perhaps you'll drift out this way. Pulse-type storms, I would imagine, but you may get a surprise if you're in the right place early enough. Be safe!
