The shear will be marginal south of Cheyenne and storms HP. The moisture will be arriving at the mountains west of Wheatland by 5 or 6 pm. 6 km winds will be 40 kts at Wheatland from the wsw. 700mb winds will be from the south at 20+ kts and sfc winds from the se at 10 to 15 kts. High level winds should be excellent. IF a storm developed up north it could be good. I would prefer moisture to be in place in Wheatland already. So its not ideal but there is a chance.
