Synopsis:
This was a fun shoot "on foot" right outside my house. I ventured over to the north fence line of the empty lot next to my house to photograph some awesome cloud-to-ground lightning after midnight (roughly 12:25 to 12:50am to be more specific). The storms responsible were small with a clear sky full of stars above me and adjacent the small anvils of the storm. The stars above enhanced the photographic scene as I managed to capture several 30s exposures with multiple cloud-to-ground flashes to the north. |
