Synopsis:
This was my one fall storm chase of 2016. I first chased some early afternoon storms up along I-70, but never did any photography of those storms. I then blasted down to the south to intercept storms on the dryline in south central Kansas. One of the dryline storms formed into a supercell just west of Wichita. I was only able to get ahead of the storm for photography when the storm was west-southwest of Maize. |
