Synopsis:
The evening before, Jeff and I heard at least three Sora calling amongst the heavy vegetation in the water near the shore of the lake. I then decided to try and photograph this species the next morning, finding a potential favorable spot under cover of darkness to shoot from. I ended up succeeding in getting the Sora! One came out briefly for excellent looks at less than 15 yards range from where I was set up. |
